UPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WE DO NOT OPEN DURING WEEKENDS.
We ship to:
- US All States
- Puerto Rico (2nd Air & Next Day only)
- We currently offer shipping through UPS/FedEX Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select.
- We make every effort to ship all items within the two business days or the two business days after receipt of confirmed payment.
- Please enter your ship to address in our shopping cart system to calculate your Shipping and Handling fee
- NO APO, FPO, INTERNATIONAL, and any P.O. BOX address
- Additional Shipping Charges will be required for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada
- Paypal confirmed address only (No exceptions)
Once it is shipped, any errors that UPS might make are out of our control.
Although we cannot be held responsible for any shipping mistakes made by UPS/Fedex, We will help to resolve any shipping problem that may occur.
Product Return Procedure:
To return a product (DEFECTIVE or NONE-DEFECTIVE) based upon duplicatorexpert.com's replacement/return
guarantee policy, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the
guarantee return period for the product. duplicatorexpert.com will not accept any returns without prior
authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which
return products must be received by
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s)
clearly on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
To obtain a RMA number please go to Tech Support section, carefully review our troubleshooting tips,
if problem remains please download our RMA form, print and fill it, you can choice to email/fax/mail back to us.
Please WAIT FOR APPROVAL EMAIL before you ship the item back to us. Any returned products do
not have duplicatorexpert.com's valid RMA form, will/shall not be process and considered as breach of return policy.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any none defected or defected returned product(s)
to our rma department. duplicatorexpert.com may issue a return
label for defected items only upon RMA department manager's approval depending on this situation.
Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance
for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk
of loss for the return product during shipment.
duplicatorexpert.com will not refund the original shipping charges. For defected items, upon supervisor's
approval, original shipping charges may be credited back depending on circumstances. In addition,
duplicatorexpert.com.com will assess a 10% restocking (15% for duplicator) fee to customer account on
all non-defective returns.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORGINAL MANUFACTURED CONDITION WITHOUT BROKEN OR MISSING PARTS ETC. AND PACKED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM MANAGMENT OF DUPLICATOREXPERT.COM AND THE MANUFACTURER.
