By accepting products from duplicatorexpert.com, the customer (buyer) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions by the customer will be considered as a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with or without the customer's acknowledgement. In addition, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer. The customer should contact the original manufacturer for assistance with issues such as compatibility, suitability for any particular purpose, playability and any other technical questions.
duplicatorexpert.com LIMITED REFUND GUARANTEE
A customer who desires to return an item MUST follow duplicatorexpert.com's return policies and procedures. Any returned merchandise that is returned not in accordance with the following procedure will be rejected. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories which were included by the manufacturer with the product. If any components of the returned product are missing, duplicatorexpert.com・s Return Procedure will be considered breached and duplicatorexpert.com may elect to reject the returned product or may choose to impose additional charges to the customer for replacement of the missing component with or without customer's acknowledgment. duplicatorexpert.com will be gladly accept any merchandise, which is in defective condition within 30 days of purchases.
duplicatorexpert.com will refuse any returned packages that DON'T HAVE Return Merchandises Authorization numbers on them. Any such packages will not be processed and will be sent back at the sender's expenses for an additional shipping charge.
Product Return Procedure:
To return a product (DEFECTIVE or NONDEFECTIVE) based upon duplicatorexpert.com's replacement/return guarantee policy, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guaranteed return period for the product. duplicatorexpert.com will not accept any returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by duplicatorexpert.com located at 35111F Newark Blvd #100 Newark CA 94560. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number clearly on the shipping label of the boxes containing the returned product.
To obtain a RMA number please go to Tech Support section, carefully review our troubleshooting tips, if problem remains please download our RMA form, print and fill it, you can choice to email/fax/mail back to us. WAIT FOR AN APPROVAL EMAIL before you ship the item back to us. Any returned products that do not have duplicatorexpert.com・s RMA form, will not be processed and will be considered as a breach of the return policy.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any defective or non-defective returned products to duplicatorexpert.com located at 35111F Newark Blvd #100 Newark CA 94560. duplicatorexpert.com may issue a return label for defective items only upon the RMA department manager's approval depending on the circumstances for the return. The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
duplicatorexpert.com will not refund the original shipping charges to the customer. For defective items, upon management approval, the original shipping charges may be credited back depending on special cases. In addition, duplicatorexpert.com will assess a 10% restocking fee (duplicators 15%) plus shipping cost against the customer's account on all non-defective returns for refund with or without customer's acknowledgment. duplicatorexpert.com will pay the shipping cost for the return of a repaired or replaced defective item AFTER verification of its defective condition.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER DEFECTIVE OR NONDEFECTIVE, MUST BE IN ITS ORGINAL MANUFACTURERS CONDITION WITH NO BROKEN OR MISSING PARTS ETC. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM THE MANAGMENT OF duplicatorexpert.com AND THE MANUFACTURE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER・S PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL MANUALS, SOFTWARE, ACCESSORIES, WARRANTY CARDS AND PACKAGE INSERTS.

However, the products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policies. duplicatorexpert.com will assist the customer in determining the manufacturer・s warranty information; however, duplicatorexpert.com is not responsible for any manufacturer・s warranty policies and/or disputes.

Order Process Information and Requirement
Orders normally ship within 24 hours while supplies last, after receiving your order (excluding holidays). duplicatorexpert.com may contact you regarding the order that you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be placed on hold. duplicatorexpert.com does not hold any responsibility for any on hold orders that are pending a customer・s response. It is the customer・s responsibility to make sure their order information has been input clearly and correctly. On Hold Status
On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error or incomplete information. We might hold your order for the following reasons: Credit card information cannot be verified. Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched. The order processing department has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error. The ：Bill To； person on the order does not match the credit card record as an authorized user. In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure that you have correctly entered your billing and address information. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

In addition, however, duplicatorexpert.com will issue a second shipment under special conditions 15 days after the UPS claim of a lost package. duplicatorexpert.com will assist tracking and locating a lost package and in providing a replacement shipment upon conditional approval.

Cancellation of ORDERS
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, YOU MUST CALL US AND STOP THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE BEFORE 3:00 PM ON THE SAME DAY (MONDAY THOUGH FRIDAY) THAT YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. If you ordered on a weekend or holiday (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), you MUST call us on the next working day, before 3:00 pm.
